What are Industrial Electronics?
Industrial electronics are electronics that are used in the daily
operation of an Industrial work place, such as a Joystick on a scissor
lift, boom lift, lift truck, etc. or a grade sensor off of an Asphalt or
Paving machine.
You see them everyday, and you just aren’t aware of what they are, or
even that they are considered “Industrial”. AC or DC drives. Servo
Motors. Temperature controls. Chart Recorders. These are all Industrial
electronics, and items that we can repair or even rebuild for you, if
you happen to have a broken one.
These items help propel our nation by offering us the ability to move and make things; build and demo things. Without the help of the control panel in that bucket truck, or on that assembly line, you wouldn’t be able to operate the machine. Without the knowledge of how it works, you could be without a machine, just because the screen on that control panel stopped working.
Without the buttons and switches and toggles on your conveyor, you could be without the entire conveyor, leaving your company at a virtual standstill, especially if you depend on that machine to get your workers the items they build or ship out to your customers.
If you are unsure about your machine or part, feel free to start a conversation with us about it. We would love to help you learn more and find the best option for getting that item repaired or rebuilt, or even replaced.
In our business, we want to make sure we do what we can to get you the information you need in order to work again. We don’t like to hear about a machine taking down the whole company. We even come to your work site*, if we can or need to, to help work out your problems.
Without Industrial electronics, we wouldn’t be where we are today, in the manufacturing, construction, processing, transportation, and many many other sectors. This technology keeps us moving.
